10-2-16 Against my better judgment, I went grocery shopping Friday after work. I love people, but I do not enjoy crowds. At all. Especially when I’m in a hurry. But in the interest of eating, I did it anyway.
9-25-16 Do you know what today is? It’s a good day. A day to celebrate just because it is a gift from God. Sure, the weed eater gave me fits yesterday. Yes, I worried the chicken salad sandwiches would turn out alright for potluck today. But you know what? It’s a great day.
9-11-16 It was 15 years ago. One of the darkest days in the history of our country. Every year I think back to that day. Where I was, what I was doing. The person I was before. I know many others do too, and Lord willing, we always will.
8-14-16 Job’s friends suggested his life was shattered because of sin. Sometimes people think that following God provides some sort of immunity against problems. Which can lead to the thought that when people suffer it’s their fault. Let’s look at that.
